If you haven't tried it yet - you should

Geocaching is a real-world outdoor treasure hunting game. Players try to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, using GPS-enabled devices (you can download a free app for this!). Find the cache, sign the logbook and see what others have left behind. If you like you can share your experiences online.

Where we live, there is about 10 "caches" within walking distance. London is full of them! Just look at the map from my location:

I learned about this through my friend Emma. It is actually really fun and can be done all around the world! If you haven't tried it yet, you should! It's not fancy or posh - it is just basic, smart, a bit of old fashion (modern) fun!

I do it with the kids, with Emma and her kids, with my neighbors kids, with my parents in Sweden... It's a fun, free thing that you could do anywhere. Nothing extravaganza, just plain fun!

Emma writes a blog about art here

If you are in to maps - have you seen our personalised coordinate designs?
